At Angora Luxury Living, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty details outline the coverage and protection you are entitled to for your Angora Luxury Living furniture, Turkish mosaic lamps, and outdoor furniture.

Warranty Status

Is your product covered under warranty? Check the warranty status and expiration date of your purchase by contacting our customer service team.

Ownership Transfer

Purchased a used Angora Luxury Living product or moved to another country? You can transfer the ownership and/or warranty from one person to another or from one country to another by contacting us at info@angorall.com.

Product Warranty

In addition to any applicable consumer and statutory rights, Angora Luxury Living offers a manufacturer’s guarantee for products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date the product is delivered to you or collected by a third-party carrier. This guarantee is only valid for products purchased on or after March 1, 2016. Orders placed prior to this date carry a 1-year warranty. Clearance or discounted items are excluded from this warranty.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it apply if the defect arises due to:

  • Improper use or abnormal working conditions
  • Failure to follow provided instructions
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Willful damage, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Mechanical, chemical, or other damage after delivery that is not due to a defect in the product

Filing a Warranty Claim

If your product is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of discovering the issue, or within 7 days of receiving the product if it arrived with defects. You will need to provide us with detailed information and photos of the issue so that we can assess the situation.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will provide full instructions on the next steps to resolve your claim. Compensation or repair will be offered at Angora Luxury Living’s discretion. Most claims are processed within 28 days of confirmation.
