Payment and Orders

We offer credit adjustments if your order has not shipped. Please e-mail or call us if you’d like to request an adjustment. Orders that have shipped are not eligible for credit adjustments.

A order confirmation e-mail is sent to you within 24 hours after your order has been placed. If you have not received an order confirmation e-mail from us, please check your spam inbox or call us. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Alternatively, you may track your order here.

Online: You can order online through our secure e-commerce website.

Telephone: While we prefer that orders be placed online, if you have any issues or questions regarding placing orders, you can call our customer service representatives at +1 609-503-5986 and they will be able to assist you.

Once you’ve placed your order, our system will send you an email confirmation. Should there be any issues with your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you.

  • We do have sales promotions from time to time. The best way to be included is to sign up for our email alert.
  • Be the first to find out when we’ll have something special. That might be an upcoming sale or a special promotional code for an extra discount.
  • If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the promotion code field during checkout to apply the discount.

  • Orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax.
  • Other States: No Sales Tax.

Orders shipping to California will be charged 7.75% tax.

Once you’ve placed your order, our system will send you an email confirmation which includes order receipt details. When an order ships from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information. Please allow one business day for the tracking information to be active.

If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been picked up by the shipping carrier, it will be deemed as a return and subject to return shipping cost as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping

A shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number will be sent to you after the order has shipped. Please use the provided tracking number and enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a shipment confirmation e-mail, your order may not have been processed yet. Please allow 48-72 hours for orders to process. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation, please notify us by e-mail or phone.

Yup, free shipping on all products.

Our aim is to ship all your items at the same time. Most items ship bundled in one pallet. Each order is carefully packaged and inspected before it leaves our facility. For any reason any of your items ship separately, we will contact you to let you know.

We currently ship to all states in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping. We only ship to continental United States addresses excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Yes. We can ship your order to a different address other than your billing address. Your shipping address must be entered at checkout. Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your shipping address after the order has been placed.

Most orders ship LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. This is the most common shipping method we use.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your purchase items for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. This excludes our shipping and handling costs. Please note: there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned products.

  • While our warehouse inspects products for damage before shipping out, we cannot guarantee that products will not get damaged once it leaves our docks. Upon delivery, any damages to the outside box or inside contents must be noted on the receiving slip prior to signing your name.
  • We will replace damaged merchandise providing that you have followed our receiving instructions by making the proper notation at the time of delivery. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given.

Warranty

Yes. Most of our items are backed with a (1) one year manufacturer’s warranty for defects, workmanship and materials under normal use and service by the end-user or original owner. Exclusions apply. Please see our warranty information for more details.

Products

Our vanities come in a variety of finishes and configurations. Options are available for cabinet finish, faucet type, mirror and countertop finish. We can help you configure the vanity that you need. Call us for more information.

We update our online inventory regularly. If an item is not in stock, call our customer service to find out when an item will become available.

Our vanities are designed to be installed with minimal effort. All main cabinets come pre-assembled. (Only the countertop, faucet and sinks need to be installed.)
