30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
You may return your purchased item(s) for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. Note: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products.
THREE-STEP RETURN PROCESS:
Step 1: Call our toll-free number at +1 609-503-5986 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and state the reason for your return.
Step 2: Ensure you have all the original packaging and cartons, including pallets, for all products being returned.
Step 3: Arrange a freight shipping company to return the product(s) to Angora Luxury Living. It’s that simple and hassle-free!
Returned items must be in new and undamaged condition and must include the original manufacturer’s packaging and cartons. Make sure to keep all original packaging until you are certain you won’t be returning the items. Any item that has been completely or partially assembled cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. For products sold with “Free Shipping,” the original freight costs will be deducted from your refund. All inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any items you refuse to accept from the freight carrier (for reasons other than damage to the merchandise or shipping errors) will be treated as a return and will be subject to the return terms and conditions.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our warehouse team inspects all products before shipping. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery by calling +1 609-503-5986. Any damage to the exterior box or interior contents must be noted on the receiving slip before signing your name. We stand behind our products and will make every effort to resolve any issue to your complete satisfaction. At the manufacturer’s discretion, we reserve the right to repair, replace the defective part, or replace the entire unit.
As long as you follow the proper “receiving instructions” by noting any damage at the time of delivery, Angora Luxury Living will replace damaged merchandise (depending on availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
All our furniture and vanities are handmade, and such handcrafted characteristics should not be considered defects. We do not accept these characteristics as valid reasons for delivery refusal or returns. The right to refuse delivery is reserved only for freight damage, wrong item, or manufacturer-approved factory defects.
Due to monitor contrast settings, colors may appear different when viewing products online. This cannot be considered as a defect, damage, or incorrect product issue.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If an order is canceled before the item has been shipped, your payment will be refunded in full. Canceled orders that have been picked up by the shipping carrier will be treated as a return and will be subject to return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
